Luxembourg-based fractional ownership provider Jetfly Group has announced a global rebranding effective May 1, bringing its various subsidiaries under a unified identity as the company consolidates operations built up through a series of acquisitions.
The rebrand was presented for the first time at AERO Friedrichshafen (April 22-26).
Under the new structure, Fly 7 Aviation becomes Jetfly Management, Fly 7 Training becomes Jetfly Training, and the maintenance entities Jetfly Technik, Jetfly Technik Suisse and the Bournemouth-based Pilatus-approved maintenance center are unified as Jetfly Technics. Charter requests for both Jetfly and Fly 7 fleets are consolidated under Jetfly On-Demand, while brokerage arm myLittlePlane becomes Jetfly Trading. Digital charter platform CaptainJet retains its existing brand. Legally, Fly 7 Executive Aviation SA will be renamed Jetfly Aviation Switzerland SA.
Jetfly was founded in 1999 and has grown into one of Europe’s established fractional aircraft ownership providers, with more than 500 owners and a fleet of over 70 aircraft. The group expanded through the acquisition of CaptainJet and Finnish operator Hendell Aviation in 2019, followed by Lausanne-based Fly 7 Aviation. In 2021, it took delivery of Europe’s first Pilatus training simulator, now operated by Jetfly Training in Lausanne.
The fractional ownership services will continue to operate under the Jetfly name. The new visual identity will be rolled out across the group’s communications, digital platforms and corporate documents in the coming months.
